Registration fees Rs 2500/- to be paid at the time of registration: (limited slots available).
All registered participants will get Yamaha goodies (T-shirt, Key Chain), Stay, Food & Beverages* (Non-Alcoholic) (Post successful payment of Online registration fee).
Fuel cost to be borne by the rider.
There are limited slots for riders at the event hence registration will be confirmed on a first come-first-serve basis.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Only Online Payments are accepted for Overnight Touring activity.
When paying by credit card, the total amount is charged upon issuing the invoice. Any bank charges incurred are borne by the credit card holder. Please note that bookings are not transferrable.
A participant who wishes to cancel his booking is deemed to be aware that the registration fee is non-refundable.
Registered participants to carry the payment screenshots and original id proof for entry.
