We visit top universities, B-schools and Engineering colleges to identify and attract most talented students. Students are recruited as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET's) and Management Trainees (MT's) for a period of one year and undergo intensive training.
We visit Poly Technic / Institutes for recruitment of Diploma holders in engineering for Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) training scheme for a period of two - four years.
Summer training takes place for a period of 2 months. Students from B-schools and Engineering colleges learn and work on projects in different departments.
Certain individuals/agencies/portals are misleading job applicants by claiming themselves to be our employees or duly authorized representatives of India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd. or other Yamaha group companies* & are requesting to deposit "refundable" money on the pretext of attending interviews and receiving job offers, appointment letters, travel tickets, etc.
Please beware of such misleading communication and do not pay any amount to anyone on the pretext of attending interview or getting a job with us.
Please be noted that we never require any money deposits for any employment process. If you encounter any such request, this is clearly a fraud.
We do not authorize any third party to conduct interviews or issue job offers, appointment letters, travel tickets, receive money or initiate any other process for employment whatsoever in nature. Anyone dealing with such individual / agency / employment portal will be doing so at his/her own risk and the company will not be held responsible for such loss or damage suffered directly or indirectly. Such kind of fake job offers, appointment letters shall not be treated as any kind of offer or representation by us.
