“Yamaha Predict & Win Contest” is a limited period contest valid from 04th March 2024 – 08th Sep 2024, brought to you by India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd (Yamaha) and it is open to Resident Citizens of India except those residing in Tamil Nadu. The contest is not open for participants from the State of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979.
Employees of Yamaha its affiliates, representatives and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Citizens of foreign countries residing in India and/or Non-Resident Indians are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
The participant must read and abide by all the terms and conditions before taking part in the contest. The participation in the Contest shall imply that participant has read through and agreed to adhere to the terms and conditions and be bound by them.
Material pertaining to “Yamaha Predict & Win Contest” is the property of Yamaha Motor India
No entry fee is charged to participate in the Contest.

Winners will be decided by Yamaha. 20 lucky winners from each race will get Yamaha merchandise. Based on the correct predictions from each race, 20 lucky winners get a get MotoGP tickets to watch MotoGP live at Indian GP. The MotoGP tickets will be of the basic category. For abundant clarity, it is understood that Yamaha shall only provide the MotoGP passes and any other local sightseeing or other personal expenses like shopping, travel, boarding & lodging etc must be paid for by the winners.

Each Participant agrees that his or her entry complies with these terms and conditions by submitting an entry. Each Participant also agrees that Yamaha may disqualify them from the Contest if Yamaha believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that an entry violates these terms and conditions.
By participating in this Contest, Participant agree to release and hold harmless Yamaha, each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly:
the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein
participation in the contest or any prize related activities, including but not limited to traveling to or from any prize related activity.
Yamaha holds all the rights to select or disqualify winners in case of discrepancy.
Every person registering on the “Yamaha Predict & Win contest” Website of India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd shall be eligible to play the online Contest. Every participant shall be allowed one entry to play the online contest per race.
Prizes not claimed / documentation formalities not adhered to within 30 days of announcement of winners, will be forfeited by Yamaha in its sole and absolute discretion.
The winning participants shall be informed of the result on Yamaha Instagram page and on the Yamaha official website only.
The decision of the Yamaha Jury members will be final and binding. All winners will be required to submit proof of identity (passport, driving license, Voters ID, PAN Card, or school or college ID card). The winner/s shall be announced on Yamaha Motor India Website, Facebook & Instagram page.
All information provided to You by Yamaha is deemed confidential and shall not be disclosed to anyone else, except as required under applicable law with prior written notice to Yamaha before disclosure of such information.
All taxes and other levies or charges applicable to the prizes shall be borne by the participants/winners and the same shall be deducted at the time of giving the prize.
Decision of Yamaha in all matters relating to this Contest, including draws and prizes, shall be final and binding on the participants.
India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to vary, amend, and alter any terms of the Contest including the right to withdraw the Contest, at any time, without any notice.
Intellectual property rights involved as part of Contest shall vest in Yamaha. Also, Yamaha will retain ownership of the background used for images, typography, design content, visual effects, graphics and in all other property that was not created as part of provision of Contest.
By accepting a prize, Participant consents to the use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast, and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes of India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
In the event the prizes are delivered in a broken or damaged condition, the same shall be reported at the time of the receipt of the same itself. No subsequent claims shall be entertained.
If Indian GP is called off due to any unavoidable circumstances, MotoGP Tickets will stand cancelled automatically.
All expenses (Travel, Boarding, Lodging etc) shall be solely borne by the winners and Yamaha shall not be liable for payment of any manner whatsoever for any reason whatsoever expect the provision of MotoGP Tickets, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
