Open iOS App Store or Play Store and search for “Yamaha Motorcycle Connect X” and download for free.
The app size ranges from 20-25 MB for Android and once uploaded on Play Store it will further reduce by 3-4MB. iOS version takes up 30-35MB Space.

Download the app from App store. Sign up using Email ID & Mobile number which was registered at the dealership while purchasing the bike. Sign-In using the same credentials and start using the app.

The mobile number must be updated with your authorized dealership. Once the authorized dealership changes the mobile number attached to your registered Chassis number, the app download and registration process can be followed again.
Only one phone can be paired with one Yamaha Motorcycle Connect X device & app
Yes, the rider can pair with Yamaha Motorcycle Connect X device even if they are connected to Bluetooth Headphones or Speakers.
It is not possible to do that. The device is compatible only with FZ Series 3.0
To access the features, the app must be 'ON' and Logged in. But once the user logs out of the app, the device and Phone are not paired anymore.
