With the Yamaha R15 One Make Race Championship reaching the halfway mark of the league, Round III concluded at the Madras Motor Race Track, Chennai after three days of exhilarating racing skills displayed by the bikers. Yamaha had organized this championship as part of SIDVIN-FMSCI National Motorcycle Racing Championship 2010. This year, Yamaha R15 One Make Race Championship is open to participation from both Yamaha and Non-Yamaha customers.
The championship witnessed a great deal of enthusiasm from the contestants as seen in the previous rounds of the league. Sai Kishore & G.R. Santosh ruled the roost by winning Race I & Race II respectively in the novice section of the Yamaha R15. Lal Ruatsanga showed his talent and locked the second position for the two races. In the Experts category, R. Deepak and Shyam Shankar grabbed the first and second places respectively in Race-1 and interchanged those positions in Race-2 amongst themselves.
