"Yamaha XSR Customization Contest" is a limited period contest valid from 4th June 2026 till 31st July 2026 brought to you by India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd (Yamaha) and it is open to Resident Citizens of India
Employees of Yamaha its affiliates, representatives and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Citizens of foreign countries residing in India and/or Non-Resident Indians are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
The participant must read and abide by all the terms and conditions before taking part in the contest. The participation in the Contest shall imply that participant has read through and agreed to adhere to the terms and conditions and be bound by them.
Material pertaining to "Yamaha XSR Customization Contest" is the property of Yamaha
No entry fee is charged to participate in the Contest.
You hereby represent and warrant that You:

Yamaha reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of any participant at any stage of the Contest. Failure to provide such verification or if found ineligible under these Terms & Conditions, the participant shall be disqualified at Yamaha’s sole discretion.
Yamaha shall not be responsible for any entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or not received due to technical failures or any other errors of any kind. Yamaha shall not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under the Contest if such delay or failure arises from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, pandemic, or governmental action.
Yamaha reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the Contest entry process or violates the spirit of the Contest. Any use of automated systems or bulk entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Each Participant agrees that his or her entry complies with these terms and conditions by submitting an entry. Each Participant also agrees that Yamaha may disqualify them from the Contest if Yamaha believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that an entry violates these terms and conditions.
By entering the Contest, each participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yamaha, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
any breach or alleged breach by the participant of these Terms & Conditions;
any violation of applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights (including intellectual property rights); or
any misrepresentation or fraudulent act by the participant in connection with the Contest.
By participating in this Contest, Participant agree to release and hold harmless Yamaha, each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly:

Every person registering on the "Yamaha XSR Customization Contest" Website of India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd shall be eligible to upload their Custom XSR 155 digital render online. Every participant shall be allowed only one entry to upload their Customized Yamaha XSR 155 render online
Prizes not claimed / documentation formalities not adhered to within 30 days of announcement of winners, will be forfeited by Yamaha in its sole and absolute discretion.
The winning participants shall be informed of the result on Yamaha Instagram page and on the Yamaha official website only.
The decision of the Yamaha Jury members will be final and binding. Winners would be selected on the basis of maximum likes received for their posts on Social Media Platforms, All winners will be required to submit proof of identity (passport, driving license, Voters ID, PAN Card, or school or college ID card). The winner/s shall be announced on Yamaha Motor India Website, Facebook & Instagram page.
All information provided to You by Yamaha is deemed confidential and shall not be disclosed to anyone else, except as required under applicable law with prior written notice to Yamaha before disclosure of such information.
All taxes and other levies or charges applicable to the prizes shall be borne by the participants/winners and the same shall be deducted at the time of giving the prize.
Decision of Yamaha in all matters relating to this Contest, including draws and prizes, shall be final and binding on the participants.
The Courts at Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to vary, amend, and alter any terms of the Contest including the right to withdraw the Contest, at any time, without any notice.
Intellectual property rights involved as part of Contest shall vest in Yamaha. Also, Yamaha will retain ownership of the background used for images, typography, design content, visual effects, graphics and in all other
property that was not created as part of provision of Contest.
26. All ancillary expenses, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and boarding if any, shall be borne solely by the winners. Yamaha shall not be liable to bear any such costs.
27. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remainder of the provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
28. Any failure or delay by Yamaha to enforce any of its rights under these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of those rights or any other rights in future.
By accepting a prize, Participant consents to the use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed
(including, without limitation, print, broadcast, and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes of India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation,
unless prohibited by law.
In the event the prizes are delivered in a broken or damaged condition, the same shall be reported at the time of the receipt of the same itself. No subsequent claims shall be entertained.
