Yamaha is dedicated to the concept of sustainable development, so dealing with environmental issues is a natural responsibility. Representative of the various ways we conserve resources are measures aimed at a reduction of greenhouse gases through the use of less energy and the development of alternative energy sources, measures directed at ensuring health and safety by reducing toxic substances, and measures to cut down on waste by recycling. With these three pillars as our foundation, we focus on environmental activities both from global and regional perspectives, working together with domestic and overseas group companies, business partners, dealerships, customers and all those living in communities that neighbor our facilities to promote a better environment.
